Frequently
Asked
Questions

What is a weasel’s favourite meal?
A nice juicy mouse, or other small rodents. Actually, weasels can eat anything they can capture.
Can weasels actually get fat?
Theoretically yes, but weasels have a very high metabolism, and can eat a quantity many times their own body weight. So, the short answer is: no.
Have you thought about being a cartoonist?

We actually get asked this question often. Being a pure cartoonist will detract from our main passion – helping others get slim and stay slim. We prefer to combine the two passions.

Ok, onto the really serious questions

Can I get my money back if the app does not work for me?
Austin aims to respond within 24 hours.
Is the app suitable for everyone?
Our target market is 14+, so yes, we believe that the app is suitable for everyone including young adults. Jessie is planning to introduce an app for the juniors. Our simple and effective tools are useful to change anyone’s behaviour who is willing to make the effort.
Do I still need to be on a diet and exercise while using your app?

We don’t give diet or exercise advice as we believe that there is already a lot of useful diet and exercise advice out there. We believe the missing piece is a shift in mindset. Our shift in mindset focuses on consumption, which makes up 70% of the weight-loss solution. So, the short answer is: Yes, following a good diet and exercising while using the app will help you achieve results faster.

When can I see results?

We recommend completing the four mindset tasks over one month. After each mindset task, we would like you put the learnings into practice before starting the next mindset task. After the first month, it will take a further three to six months to cement the new learnings, but don’t hold us to this as each person is different. Some users may need to revisit the mindset tasks every three or six months to ensure they stick – repetition is a very useful way to ensure new learnings stick. Just remember that most people put on weight slowly over many years, and it is unrealistic to expect the weight to disappear over a very short period of time. To ensure you permanently lose weight, your behaviour shift needs to be permanent.

Are a weasel and a ferret the same?

That is the equivalent of calling a Greek a Turk or vice-versa… you will likely get a dirty look. Weasels and ferrets may look similar but are different. Weasels tend to be smaller than ferrets, and don’t have white fur on their noses. Weasels also have shorter legs and are leaner.
